DEVORA-funded researchers should make every endeavour to disseminate the results of the research by way of presentation or publication of papers on the research.
All data collected and/or managed using DEVORA funding adheres to NZ Government Data and Information Management Principles, FAIR and CARE principles, where appropriate. Where necessary, data access is managed via registration but is otherwise available to all users in some form without cost.
The DEVORA research programme and its funding partners support open data as it acknowledges that we work in the system that works most effectively when data is findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable. This ensures effective decision making for risk management.
